Slick Rick, the lion of the MABRA, has accidentally admitted to riding his road bike.
Still denying any serious effort and a come-back in time for this year's cross season, this is not the first time that Rick's been spotted on a bike this year.
Earlier incidents included a mountain bike ride at Middle Run and White Clay, and several brief, but hurtful appearances at the "Hills with fatmarc presented by Onkel Mike from Amerika".
